How do you transfer an alliance?

Is there any reference anywhere, to show how long it takes for an IPM to reach its destination. How long does it really take from launch to touchdown?

How is it possible for a member of your alliance to change your rank and make themselves leader?

What is the point difference or margin you can have over someone to attack them?
Just curious, because I have 32000 in 407th position by someone with 275,000 in a far higher position.

I have been getting a "failure to connect, server reset while loading."
This is the only site I have had any problem with today. Loading is taking unusually longer
than normal. Then most of the time it's not loading at all. This happens when I am leveling up or
going into another field.
