Ok Silly question ......Can we populate other Planets and if so How do we get them there ?? I will assume you use expedition ships ...What ersearch is involved and How much ??

EnergyTech is Not showing up in technologies screen other that its a requirement and Not showing up in Buildings screen . I have been following the help guide for starters and get to that step to build it isnt there ...Any Ideas ??
