The players that I am attacking usually have no or very few buildings. They are the players that start and leave after 3 minutes and never come back. Should I stop attacking them then, since they would have to be over 5 times weaker than me?

I attack people with an (n) by their name all the time. Am I supposed to be allowed to do that?
