You obviously have moons with scanners on them and are able (with information from a friend) to choose a fleet to hit without risk to your self. Not all players have that option. You said yourself, there is no-one in this game for you to hit in your own point range.. therefore you take no risk when...

I think pk did a noble thing giving him the DF. I myself would have just threw him out of the alliance and keep the DF. Why? 'Cause it's not the first time this guy messed up. And to be honest, it would be rather stupid if they acs defended him, since there are players around who could crash the acs...
