Stop farming any active player for mere 200k-300k resources
if u farm them , they will be inactive and u will fasten server dying
pls keep them in game

we want active and alive server not server fill with inactive player

like this will happen

I've noticed an abnormally large amount of this happening in Massacre. I know you attack for profit and such but sending up to 1k+ ships to plough through a low ranked players defense simply to loot a couple hundred k is beyond reason. Especially in such a young universe.

People's answer may be to fleet save your resources and don't attract attention, but the amounts we are talking about here are like 3 hours worth of mines production, it is physically impossible to constantly keep a planet below that threshold of resources, and some players will still defense bash the **** out of you for it.

No worries though, take names and keep climbing. What goes around comes around.

Istal Has a point but still I shut off ALL mines and was still def bashed seems like they just wan't the top attacker.

There were lots of suggestions including this thing... Most of them were either higher "newbie protection" or simply attack range for all... All of them were cut by Zorg...

Also, massacre is long dead... I've checked - only ~100 active players with more than 10k points... That's including those that are in v-mode and still with positive points...

It's mostly dead because people are smashing any newbies to bits and then they quit in frustration. Would you wanna stay if you know the second you hit 10,001 points someone with 1 or even 3 million plus points can hit you?

And yes, I know its not how many points you have but how you use them but the point remains lol.

Spot on there........some of the c/r I have been sent are laughable.....all because of the Scoreboard imo.....24/7 raiders hitting hard for very little and why? Because they can......well I hope they enjoy farming the server to death...oh too late! As for raising the noob protection...pointless as you will only encourage more so called "super noobs" with fleet more than 5 times their total points who then boo when hit (probably because the rebuild will be slooooow).......I still reckon that doing away with Scoreboard is the best idea......but many will disagree.....mostly the glory boys

Did all you guys/girls miss something?? The name of the game is Massacre...not "The Sims" or "Happy Family". From about 48 hours in to the server the tone was set as soon as the first Small Cargo was built. Raiding blind, hoping to raise enough res to get Espionage ships tech. If players want to be conservative/turtles as in other uni's it's just too bad. If you can't stand the heat stay the hell out of the kitchen. As for players with 3 millon points hitting you...well there's only 1 in that range at the present moment....me...and it stll needs to be profitable to hit an active player. The players who are sticking it out know what's what.
