Ok, this hit has a little back story to it. So I got some false information that Neo wasn't actually Neo, that he was someone else, so I started a war before I got the facts. Once I got the facts I wasn't going to participate in the war, only catch his fleet if left sitting. I moved a roamer to Neos system, and transported resources after I got my moon. Had to run and Neo got all of my resources, I think it was around 200 million deuterium. I sent him a message stating he was a dead man, and like normal Neo kept his cool.

I launch an attack blindly and missed his fleet, once my ships got back I launched blindly again, and only probed when I was close, his fleet was sitting. He must have been typing a message to me during this time, because he didn't see the attack. It landed and here is the outcome.

After this I sent follow ups and got all me deuterium back plus some. within 7 minutes of his last attack I had his fleet, which is an accomplishment on my part. Neo showed great sportsmanship, as usual, and I want to offer him a huge good luck on the rebuild, and hope he decides to stay around for awhile.

I was composing a long text explaining the events but I figured it does not really matter. So forgive me for the very short comment.
I was even finishing up my new guide but looked like a small summary of multiple guides but not very specific in details. There was only 1 thing that has never been mentioned, though I'm sure the best fleeters out there know about it but is keeping it a secret.
