Gummpy [VVV] vs Raphael [Senate] 588.245.250

OHHH the fun in playing with online targets..this took a few hours to get him cornered so lets talk about how it all got started.

Earlier in the night i get a PM about his fleet so i started moving Deut up that way.
Than i got wind about how he was proud of his RiPS..so naturally being proud of mine i sent them all on a destroy mission to his moon..all 638 of them.
Than i sent 180k BS to land just before them which forced his fleet to the planet..mistake 1..probably was best to use the JG and get them out of dodge.
Midway thru i tried the switch a roe and sent same number to planet and recalled the 1's heading for the moon..making sure the arrival time was a spot on match..that didn't work but the pressure was mounting and forced him into the fatal mistake of sending his fleet to his other planet on an ACS defend..
At the 10 second mark i did recall the rips as i seen no need at that point to blow up a future means of getting his rebuild ;)
Here is the tip of the day that Raphael learned the hard way NEVER EVER NEVER EVER ACS defend on a fleetsave..
the why you ask?? Once you send a fleet on ACS you lose all control of that fleet for its duration..it is unrecallable!!

knowing this i set up for kill..got recs going asap but they was a few mins behind his return time and here was the result of that

The attacker has won the battle !
You receive 12500561 units of Metal, 13930113 units of Crystal and 241905 units of Deuterium.
The attacker has lost a total of 0 units.
The defender has lost a total of 588.245.250 units.
A debris field containing 182.076.300 units of Metal and 65.290.650 units of Crystal has formed in orbit around the planet.
The probability of creating a moon is : 18 %

You collect; 176.106.300 units of Metal and 59.320.650 units of Crystal. so yeah he got a couple loads from it back

he has grown alot since his noob days and 1 minor misjudgment lead to 1 fatal error that i am sure he won't make next time

Of course I'll still use ACS defend... That's what I've been doing for a long, long, long, long time...
I'm really curious.... Who sent you the PM?
I'll plan tocrush him after this quick rebuild.... I've got all holidays to hunt you down  .
And I'm serious... I'm not klidding... ....

his moon size falls under the 100% at 360 rip count..

and the best fleetsave is attack an inactive moon from your own moon...so even if your gets popped the fleet is still hidden...of course make sure there is no D on that inactive moon..

he did acs at 0 last night but as i said once i seen destroy in phalanx i knew he had no control on that fleet to recall it..can test er yourself send a LF on an acs and try and recall it!..it will come up and say fleet has been recalled but it will continue on to planet

Does that mean you can still see my fleet, even when I launched a mission on the moon to a planet? o.O
In that case, it's still dangerous? Right? :? I'm still confused.....
